Best of British headline BLAST London talent announcement

BLAST have announced the talent lineup for the BLAST Spring Finals at Wembley, with some British names on the bill. Familiar faces include Freya “Freya” Spiers and James “Banks” Banks, who join as desk host and interviewer/stage host respectively. Harry “JustHarry” Russell and Hugo “Hugo” Byron return as a commentary duo, having previously worked with BLAST during the Paris Major and recently commentating the PGL Copenhagen Major Grand Final.

Some less-expected but no less welcome names are included too. Alex “Hawka” Hawkins makes a return to the analyst desk for the first time since the IEM Rio Major in 2022. It’s his first appearance at a large Counter-Strike event in 2024, with the Brit last seen commentating ESL Challenger Melbourne 2023 with James “Bardolph” Bardolph. Also taking a break from commentary is Jacky “Jacky” Peters, who will be an arena host for this event, bringing his trademark sense of humour to the OVO Arena.

Rounding out the cast is a cadre of international names; even BLAST admit a full British talent line-up would be too much. Mathieu “ManiacQuiquerez racks up his tenth analyst appearance of the year so far, while Dane Lucas “Bubzkji” Andersen is enlisted having helped out with BLAST Spring Showdown earlier this year. BLAST stalwarts and noted Canadians Conner “Scrawny” Girvan and Mohan “launders” Govindasamy round out the lineup as the final commentary duo.

The full talent list for BLAST Premier Spring Finals is as follows:
